Getting to Neumarkt by car

Neumarkt is on one of the most important east-west interstate axis, the A3 motorway from Frankfurt to Passau and further on to south-eastern Europe. It is only a few minutes from the interchange at Nuremberg, where the A3 connects with the Berlin-Munich interstate.

Getting to Neumarkt by train

The Nuremberg transport system provides connections to Neumarkt at short regular intervals; trains leave from Nuremberg's main train station at least once every hour and reach Neumarkt in 20 to 30 minutes. In addition, there are many direct connections because Neumarkt lies on the busy route to Eastern Europe. The town's train station is also frequented by IC/ICE trains.

Getting to Neumarkt by air

It takes about 30 minutes on the motorway to reach Neumarkt from Nuremberg airport with its good connections to all important regions of Germany and Europe. Munich's new major airport in the Erdinger Moos, north of the city, can now also be reached in little more than an hour's drive.

Getting to Neumarkt by boat

The Rhine-Main-Danube-Canal passing through our region is a waterway of great importance for the whole of Europe. The ports of Berching (for passengers) and Dietfurt (for passengers and goods) are located only a few kilometers from Neumarkt.
